Kirsty graduated from Bournemouth University in 2025 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She began her career in the NHS, where she gained experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions before joining our team.
Kirsty’s passion for physiotherapy began through her lifelong involvement in gymnastics. Having trained in the sport since the age of three, she developed a strong understanding of injury, rehabilitation and the importance of movement, which inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She continues to coach gymnastics alongside her clinical work, combining her coaching experience with her physiotherapy knowledge to help gymnasts prevent injuries, recover safely and perform at their best.
Kirsty has a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation and enjoys helping people of all ages return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys coaching gymnastics, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
